How to Create more Columns in Parked document List FBV3

Hi All,

I want to create some more columns for infiormation in the parked document list FBV3. The current fileds are Doc No., Year, Co Codem date, Posting date, Currency, Reference.

Can you tell me if any form need to be assigned to the programme that is already available in Standard SAP?

Hello Bharat,

In our system I don't also see the Settings option.

What you can do is creating a query for table BKFP and filter it on the field BSTAT (V = parked documents), so BSTAT=V.

on the screen where you have the list of documents already, there should be the option to change the layout. What system do you have?

SAP 4.6C

I only have the options: List, Edit, Goto, System and Help.

When I choose Goto I can only go back....

Is there no <b>Document list</b> Pushbutton, right after you start FBV3?

Oh sure there is.

I was already two stepts further (press List button and choose execute)

Hi John,

I want to add columns Refence Key1, 2 & 3 in display of list, how to do that? I checked the change layout option but those feilds are not available there. even though i added them in standard layout in SPRO its not working.

and you can add some more coloumns.

Hi Bharat,

IN FBV3 TR code click on document list, provide the required detailsa nd execute. you will find the default layout. On the top of the screen you will find a tab for (Just before HELP) Settings click on that-click on layout-click on current</b>. here u can add or remove any particular coloumn you need

Thanks for the reply, those options are available only available in ECC 6.0, while my problem relates to 4.6C where the column in display are fixed. I was trying to find out if there is any layout (without ALV) where in we can create new columns and the same can be assigned to this list, unfortunately none.
