How to read IDOCS in xMII

Hi,

I need to get the material master data and production order data in xMII and send it to the MES system. For this, i am trying to send material master data using IDOC's. I am able to configure the system and sent the IDOCS to xMII. I can see these xMII files in the xMII folder \LightHammer\JCO\Output. My problem is how to read them in xMII and send it to MES. I am not sure if i need to write a new transaction for this in xMII. Please let me know and any basic info about how to create transactions in xMII.

In the Downloads section of this site you should find the xMII Manufacturing Templates. There is a group of templates associated with idocs. These templates build an xMII formated xml doc using some of the information from the idoc.

This may help you with some basic understanding, but I would image that the MES wants to receive the information in it's format via a web service or a file drop.
