Document attach to a PO

Dear All,

Could you please answer to my following query?

Is it possible to attach a word or excel document to PO?

Kindly note that we are using SAP 4.7 Ecc & workflow is not activated in the company code.

Your earlier answer should be highly appreciated.

Hi Sahu

U can attach document to PO in excel or world format

Go to system(on top) -- service for object -- create attachment.

Hi

Go to CV01N & create a attachment document. Here you can attach any word or excel document. System will generate a document no.. Go to PO . select the line item & below the Item overwiew theres an indicator for attaching a document. Here you can attach your document by giving the system generated document no.

This requires some settings on DMS part.
