Can anyone tell me how to setup default system about date of retroactive accounting?

you can set in pa03

For individual employees, you can set the retro in t-code PU03.

About retroactive accouting date. I would like use this date on the archiving payroll result (PU22). I can not fill retroacive limit for payroll more than 01.01.2005.
Could you pls sugess me how to setup.
