Hi, There..

Our site is testing SNP PPM for next year's Business Management Plan..

while testing, we found that If we choose SNP PPM in CTM profile, system plans for next 6 months.. not for next 12 months..

we tried to find solution for this error... but we couldn't..

so if you have experieced with the same situation... please let me know how to fix.. this problem..

thank you.. bye..

Did you check the CTM time stream Hopefully it is defined all the way to future. I would also try to run location heuristics and check for grins if plans are produced beyond 6 months.

Time stream in CTM Profile is correct... we choosed more than one year(monthly)

what about the results of running heuristics? you can rule out issues with CTM profile.

we don't use heuristic.. so I'm not sure that It will be OK with heuristic..

and I got questions..

in CTM profile, we can choose SNP PPM or PPDS PPM..

but when running heuristic.. can I define the ppm..(PPDS PPM, SNP PPM)..?

The intention of asking to run SNP heuristic was only to rule out issues in CTM profile and catch any master data related issues. There is practically not setup required for running SNP Heuristic other than just enabling the location Heuristics button. SNP Heuristic only uses SNP PPM. It does not use PPDS PPM.

I tested heuristic..and it planned well.. until the end of the next year...

so what can I do next?

I guess in that case you need to check the CTM profile. How have you defined the CTM time stream ? in the consider Master data tab, have you ignored any master data. I would strongly recommend you to go through the CTM profile tab by tab to look out for potential issues.

pl chck the validity of your PPMs (the start and end date)

I already checked the valid date of SNP PPM.. there were no errors..

let me explain our situation more in detail..

product hierarchy.. is

finished produt -> semi-finished product -> semi-finished product -> raw material..

and I found.. only the 2nd semi-finished product was planned for 6 months.. the other product could be planned for one year..

and unique difference between 2nd semi-product and other product is quota arrangement..

the 2nd semi-product uses quota arrangement..

and quota arrangement information is also correct..

and resource data is correct..

I couldn't find anything wrong..
