How to use OOPS concept in CRM (Technical Part)? I am searching for long in this site but I am not getting the exact answer.

Hi Ajaya,

Where do you want to use OOPS concept in CRM. CRM has got BADI for customisation purpose instead of User-exit and BADI's are totally based on OOPS concept. Classes and objects concepts are used extensively in CRM development.
