EDI : SYTAX ERROR IN IDOC (SEGMENT CAN'T BE IDENTIFIED)

HI ALL,

I AM HAVIND THESE INBOUND IDOC ERROR DESPITE CREATED THE SEGMENT.

EDI : SYTAX ERROR IN IDOC (SEGMENT CAN'T BE IDENTIFIED)

MESSAGE NO. E0 078

The segement YDEVFOR doesn't occur at the current level of the basic type delfor1 (extension ydelfor1)

the segment ydevfor is assigned to a group whose header segment doesn't occur.

the segemnt ydefor is doesn't exist in the syntax description of the basic type DELFOR1

error 60 : error during syntax check

Hi,

after adding those segments you need to release it.

check it menu you can see the release option, you need to release it.

then only it will work

Hi Devender,

It seems the IDOC consists Custome segment which is not created in present system or not yet released. The idoc structure should be the same at both the sender and reciever system. Check the structure of the Sender system idoc so that you will get the idea.
