Hello BI Experts,

There is a variable zfisc in the selection screen to select the fiscal year single value. Once I have that I have to present values for zfisc-1, zfisc,zfisc1, zfisc2.

How to do this ?

Appreciate your suggestions.

Regards,

BWer

you can create structure /selection (say 3 column each for 2005 2006 and 2007). For each selction we have to add fiscyear as one of the time char and for two column you have to right click on fisscyear and offet to -1 and +1 respectively.

Pankaj,

Thanks for the reply. Actually I have to include one more fiscal period ranging from current -1 to -6 and current +1 to +6 in the same column section. And below these fiscal year -1 to +2 and fiscal year period, there comes the keyfigures.

What you have suggested may work well if i had only fiscal year selection right ?

can i still take your approach. or is there any other approach.

Bhanu, AHP , Ravi, Anil , Eugene please suggest.

Thanks in advance

BWer, Pankaj's approach is correct. Put a selection in place for each time parameter you need. You can include a key figure within that selection if you wish.

Hi,

If you need to restrict the fiscper as an interval, then

1. select type of the restriction as "Range"

2. Select your variable as the start point of the range

3. Set an offset for it (-6)

4. 2. Select your variable as the end point of the range

5. Set an offset (+6)
