Hi,

Anybody explain me how the ONBASE Tool used with SAP. I mean how to send the document or report to ONBASE tool and how to read document from Onbase.

You can archive the documents as PDF's to a third party certified archiving solution such as OnBase to store outgoing documents via message control. Additionally you can use the SAP Content server.
