List of transactions executed by a User in a specific period of time

can you please tell me which transaction can we use to know the List of transactions executed by a User in a specific period of time.

Hi Eechaneri,

Go to ST03n - Change the user mode to "Expert mode" -> Under "Detailed Analysis" choose the instance, date and time you want to analyze -> Under "Analysis Views" open "User and Settlement Statistics" and double click in 'User Profile' -> You will see then the list of users were using the instance in the period of time you selected before. IF you want to see more, double click each user and you will see the transactions executed and the time response for each one.

Apart from ST03...You can use STAD..

Hi,

if you want to do this in the future you can activate a kind of trace (audit.log) in sm19, there is a profile parameter which is neede for the slots to monitor (rsau/selection_slots). See in rz11 for more information.

Afterwards you can "trace" special users and look in sm20 for the logs.

We do this for access controls of external users like SAP to have a log what a user has done and to be SoX conform.

I dont think that is possible unless tracing is activated. Only if the user is traced his activities can be monitored.
