In cost center we r using actual &planned revenues what is the use

cost center were we r giving the links

cost center what it controls

Hi,

Real posting are one that flow directly from the GL when we are posting the revenues and gets updated accordingly in Profit Centers. Bcz revenues are related to Profit Centers. We can post revenues to Costcenters also then such postings become statistical as they are not related to them.

Hi,

Actual / Plan Revenues are checked which means revenue postings are not allowed for such cost centers and unchecked the postings area allowed to that costcenter and they will be only stastical postings.

Costcenetr recognises this through the cost element at the time of posting and that is linke for the costcenter and the costelement.

Cost centers are generally for determination of exact cost occured for various purposes in organization.
