Where is the Enterprise structure is created in onsite or ofshore?

There is no hard and fast rule like Enterprise structure should be created in onsite or offshore. It depends on the business development.

It can be done by the onsite consultant, becasue only onsite people will have better understanding and close discussion with the business. since its very much initial stage of the project most of these works are taken care by the managers / leads who is there onsite, its verymuch rere that they will ascalte this work to offshore and its very rare that offshore consultants will participate in that,

It would be created in onsite where the Client server are located. Implementation is mostly onsite since there has to be a lot of communication involved with end users.

Mostly an upgrade is take care from offshore.

Hi..

There is no hard rule for this...it depends on your as well clients convenience,infrastructure etc as long as you are aware of what exact structure your client want..

Hi Rajesh,

It can be done by the consultant either onsite or offshore campus. It is usually done by the onsite consultant as he would have a better picture of how the client operates and the organization's working.
