vendor evaluation

hi all

i wish to do vendor evaluation . with the following settings.

Quality - 60 %, Delivery- 30 %, Service - 10%

pls tell me the main crteria, sub criteria & weighting settings.

Hi,

All three are main criteria.

Sub criteria for <b>quality</b> like GR Lots,Shopfloor Complaint,Audit

Sub criteria for <b>Delivery</b> like On-time delivery,Quantity reliability,Shipping instructs.

Sub criteria for <b>Service</b> like Reliability,Flexibility etc

Weighting settings

Equal weighting

Unequal weighting
