Stand hierarchy is nothing but Grouping the elements (it can be for cost center / cost element) - is used for reporting, in settlement structures, in Sets & etc.
Order management-refers to Internal orders, this is having seperate functions-like seperate tracking of expenditure, used for settlements, budget control also possible.
Activity based component-this is differnet type of costing not based on the function, costing is based on the activities happens - in some scenarios it shows correct picture of the cost - identifying the activites is the difficult task in this.
