hi all,
i need how to do setup for two different printer at different location on different user login. is there any provision in SAP B1 to do this setup.
in my case i have two user at different location with different login id.
they have their own printer in respective location. how to do this setup on SAP B1.
user access SAP B1 via citrix.
kindly revert back soon if you have any idea about this.

As per what I know you can setup a default Printer for a document (PLD). Also for your situation you should save the same PLD with two different names and default one to each user. Now you have two PLD's for two of your users.
Open the first PLD template and from the design mode of PLD.
In the Top Menu
Print layout designer > Display document properties -- go to Paper format tab and select the Printer you want the document to print for this PLD user.
Do the same for the other user.
I am not sure how this will work in a distributed environment where you are using CITRIX. Please check with your Network associate.

I am afraid SAP B1 can't do that. try to explore additional authorisation creator where the primary important is to know the form ID so that you can do what you want.
Usually in WAN or LAN system and if it is join domain, you can authorise using IP.
