hi mona,

i think the material with which u r trying to do the gr has QM view uptodated i material master.

if that is the case then u cannot directly place the material in unrestricted use.

u have to go through the user decision and then place the material in the respective stock.

Hi Mona,

I think you are trying to change the stock type of the material during GR, where the QM is active for that material.

If it is the case then u cannot change it , u have make the user decision and then transfer the stock to the required stock type.

hope it wud have answered ur question

Hi shyam,

I think QM is active for ur material , so if u r trying to change the stock type during GR , it will not allow.

So first make the GRN(without changing the stock type) , where the inspection lot will get created and then make the usage decision in QA11.

this will help u to transfer your stock to the desired stock type.

Hope it wud have answered ur question
