Payroll release

Hi Guys,

I am new to Hr functional. Friends I have created some employees data through PA30. I want to release the payroll for those employees. without releasing the payroll for those employees, In display results(pc_payresult-Tcode) Showing not activate stage(red color). I want to make the employee status green how to do this. please give me the detaild answer.

Hi sudheer ,

if you want to release the payroll go to t code pa03 - enter your payroll area click on change there you can see the staus select the status like release for payroll then save ( T Code - Pc00_m99_pa03_relea) and run the payroll after running payroll you can check the payresult through pc_payresult

Dear Sudheer,

If you would like to have a PY result in display modus you have a very important task to manage as first step. After the employee data has been maintained you have to perform a productive PY run for these employees. Use PA03 to release PY area for the productive run. Run payroll (if it is the HU PY - so create first the personnel calendar - and afterward perform a productive PY run)
