What is the difference between material cost estiame with quantity strucutre and without quantiry structure?

With quantity structure mean you will be using PP module - which means you will have bill of materials and routing.

( Each routing will be assigned to one or more operations and each operation will be assigned to one work center. Again each work center will be assigned exactly to one cost center and u can assign up to 6 activities for each cost centet)

In the of costing without quantity structure you will not be having BOM and routing and you will be using only costing module for calculating the cost.
