Not able to login with Admin user in the portal

Hello,

If I logon into portal with admin user for the first time, I'm getting following error

"No portal roles are assigned for this user.If this problem persists, contact your system administrator"

Please help me on how to solve this problem

Try enabling sap* user again and once its enabled, use the user to provide yourself the necessary access.

Hi

Please make sure that any Roles has been assigned for your User ID or not.

The error message you are getting is clearly indicate that no Roles has been assigned to your ID or might be your ID is unassigned from some Group.

Contact Admin to assign your ID to System Admin Role.

Hi,

Think admin's roles have been removed by someone. If some other user has user admin rights, login with that user and provide the administrator all the admin roles. If not, go to http://host:port/useradmin

Login with admin password. Then assign the roles back to the admin.
