Exception while executing webdynpro ABAP application

I am getting the following exception while executing webdynpro application.It looks like the namespace issue.

WebDynpro Exception: IDs with Namespace Must Have the Format /<namespace>/<id>

Can someone let me know if it is a namespace issue and if so how to set the namespaces.

bic is the namespace I created

Here is the error I am getting

The error occurred on the application server cpafisq5_DVW_52 and in the work process 2 .
