Installation SAP IDES 4.7 , SAPAPPL0.001 The file is corrupt

Hi everyone,

I got the 4 CDs containing all the SAP IDES 4.7 files to install it out,

which I am doing...following the manual....everything is fine in terms of the way and steps to do it....however one of the files (SAPAPPL0.001) which was copied from the DVDs to the CDs got CORRUPT.

In summary, I just need somebody's help to provide me with the file SAPAPPL0.001.

1) You can copy it from your current SAP IDES 4.7 installation:

\SAPDUMP\471ides\exports\export1\data\SAPAPPL0.001

2) To zip it and to upload it to any ftpserver, such as http://www.rapidshare.com/

which allows to upload any file upto 100MBs for free.

3) To send me (jmv@praxis.com.mx) the URL to download it.

I will really appreciate it very much....I am stucked in this procedure due to that

corrupted file. Thanks for your assistance.

Hi Joe,

You better download that CD from http://service.sap.com, because there are so many issues are involved like licencing....

Well, if I had a User and Password for http://service.sap.com I would have done it already....but the point is that I just have the CDs and the knowledge to install them.... Unfortunately, the SAPAPPL0.001 file is corrupt.... I just need a copy of that file and I will finish my installation.
