Need Help for CE 7.1 Installation Problem

I ran the Installation and the message indicated the installation has serious problem.

I uninstalled the packages and install them again. Now it works. Thanks for all your support.

Hi Simon,

Make sure your Java is installed properly by executing "javac" at the command line, pl. make sure of environ. variables as well. After that give a reboot and start installation.

Hi Simon,

You can type 'javac' at the command and see any reply from java? If any reply from Java is there , that mean there is no problem with Java . Evn. variable is JAVA_HOME= <location of java> this is user variable, system variable is PATH=.........;<location of java>.

You check with prince link as well.

After I change the status to ok and run installation again, I got another error.
