Relationship b/w EBELN and VBELN....URGENTLY REQ.

Hi ,

I have Delivery number (vbeln) from table LIPS and i need to fetch the Purchasing Document Number(ebeln) and our refernece (UNSEZ) from table EKKO?

Can anyone please help to get the relation

Hi

If a delivery is created with reference to a Pur order number check the

LIPS-VGBEL and LIPS-VGPOS fields which are nothing but PO number and item numbers(EKKO-EBELN and EKPO-EBELP)

If the Delivery is with respect to Sales order the fields LIPS-VGBEL and VGPOS contain the Sales order No and Item

Otherwise check like this With the help of PO no and Item

EKPO-EBELN and EBELP goto EKBN (account assignment table) and take the VBELN and POSNR fields which are nothing but Sales order no and Item

Pass these 2 fields to LIPS-VGBEL and LIPS-VGPOS you will get the Delivery no(LIPS-VBELN)

I have shipment number(vttk-tknum) , so i have to derived the PO number(ekko-ebeln).

can u tell me wat to do in detail, As i new to the SAP.

Hi

From the TKNUM Shipment number , from Shipment Item table VTTP take the DELIVERY Number VBELN field and do as mentioned above.

It will give you the required result, as desired and helpful
