Hi all,
If a user is a releasing authority, how does he know that a document is due for his release in the production system? There is no workflow is implemented.
Please somebody anwer this.
go to ME28 and select release indicator ,it gives the purchasing documents to be released

hello,
there are two types of releases
1. manual release
2. collective release
in collective release ME28, you are giving release codes and purchasing documrnt type and you can have the list which Purchasing documents are not released.
(ME35L for scheduling agreements)
in manual release ME29N , you have to check individual purchase order and in header level you can find the release strategy.
I suggest you Me28 for your mentioned senario.Reward if useful

Thease purchase orders all are newly created and not released so you can findout easily above purchase order line is already processed or old pos
This is the difference of pos
