Salary Slip Absence Value is not Reflect

Hi Gurus,

Pls Help Pe51

At Present i am Using Print Data>Table Fileld

Table-P2001

Table Field-KALTG &

Print Option

Output Length-6

Conversion-22

But the thing is Absence Nunbers is not Reflect in Salary Slip

Pls Gurus help me

Hi,

I have got answer for your question for absence quotas. ( As per our conversation in gmail)

The entires should be as follows...

In PE51 --> Single Fields --> Double click In the space where you want absence quotas to be displayed --> Give the following Values -->

Table ZKQ

Table Field : ANZHL

Indentifier S***

Out put Lenght --> Your choice, depends on how much length you want, may be 4 maximum

Conversion --> This also depends on your requirement.

Still dont know on absence days. it may be similar to the way done for absence quotas.
