smartform pageno printing

if i code in window of smartforms like (in chage editor)

PageNo: &sfsy-page& / &sfsy-formpages&

i got o/p 1 / *

how that * came on o/p.

i want the o/p 1 / 2 0r as per page

so can anybody tell me what to do in this case.

Thanks for sol'n my prob is solved but i have one query how that * come in print preview i am getting o/p 1/* ,2/.......upto 9/ after that i am getting result ok i.e. 10/38... 11/38 and so on.......

can u please help me regarding this?

this is frequent problem

try to use Page&SFSY-PAGE& /&SFSY-FORMPAGES(3ZC)&

u can get th e required output .
