i dont know whether iam posting in correct group my name is theja iam haveing two years of experience in HR domain and i hav taken sap course in hr module do comapnies take me as a fresher than how to approach and i have some real time experience in implementation side also as our company is haveing sap so pls suggest me

Hi Theja,

As you already have exp in HR domain and as you have mentioned that you have attended SAP course and obtained some real time implementation exp as well, so there is no point compnay will take you as a fresher. If you have good knowledge of SAP-HR and if you can describe the work that you have done on it, I think company will give you weightage of your exp and will take you as an exp person only.
