Are there any pros and cons connecting a report to a cube(all the queries in a cube) through RRI...
HI,
Using the Report-Report Interface command (RRI), you can use the report-report interface at the runtime for the Web application.
Using the Web template parameter, you specify, for example, whether the jump target is to be opened in the same window or in a separate window
The report-report interface allows you the flexibility to call a jump target (receiver) online from a BEx query (sender) within or outside of the BI system. Jump targets that have been assigned to a BEx query can be selected in BEx Web applications and in the BEx Analyzer. You access them from the context menu under the Goto function.

there are no pros and cons for RRI from a query to other queries in the same cube. it depends on the comfort level of the users and the clumsy look of the Go to option with all the queries listed. Other than that i dont see any cons.
Just a thought, why cant you have standalone queries where user woudl be able to pass his own variables. If you cant do, I see why you want to have jump from one query to all of them (lazy users)

It is nice for the user if he wants to say jump from a $Amount on a cube to its line items in the DSO.
User cannot jump from whatever Cell ( like frm any Infoobject or frm the $ amount in the Overall Result Rows ) he wishes to on the report n so he/she needs to be trained on the same.
