Data Migration from Legacy to SAP..

Hello experts,

We want to migrate from our old Legacy system to SAP. This requires huge amount of data migration . can some one give me the steps by which we can migrate data efficiently without errors.

Might want to post in the Data Transfer forum rather than Web Dynpro. Data migration is not a simple task, and the solution will depend on many variables. The standard is to use the Legacy System Migration Workbench (LSMW). Please search for it in the forums and on the web as there is lots of documentation. The usual procedure is to export the legacy data into flat files, clean the data, and use the LSMW transaction to map, upload and update in SAP.
