AFAIK, you must request that key to SAP.
No "workaround"

Dear ,
The thing is you have to registered an user as a developer user with sap.
Service.sap.com->Keys & request->SSCR Keys---Register Developers.

Hi Rajesh,
The thing is you have to registered an user as a developer user with sap.
Service.sap.com->Keys & request->SSCR Keys---Register Developers.
Even after doing this at times when you change any Repository object like any table, reports etc those are developed by SAP i mean not the z or y ones, the system will also ask you for an access key. Again you have to obtain the same from the above mentioned site Service.sap.com->Keys & request->SSCR Keys---> Register Objects.
Hope this helps.
Pl dont forget to award suitable points if resolved.

Hi Rajesh,
As a basis admin you don't need Developer access key. If you want you need to register your sys. at http://service.sap.com then you can request for access key.

Hari.
