Hi All
We are working on IP and have a report / input template, with over 100 lines. As we scroll down, we are losing track of the header and it is difficult to identify which column is what value.
Is there any way to freeze the header in WAD ?
The user is not ok to restrict the number of lines in a page and use multiple pages.
Thanks
Shyam
Hi,
It is not possible to freeze the header in Web Template similar to how we can do it in Excel. The only way would be to page the layout into many pages... or maybe do something like make a Web Template with a tabstrip and give multiple columns from the layout in each tab, as many in one page that fit.
Hope this helps.

Hi,
please note that as of SP15 (stack 13) additional functionalities have been foreseen for scrolling:

We did a pilot case at one of our customers, I'll check with my colleagues.

You can achieve a freeze by setting the appropiate paging parmaters for the row
scrolling:
Number of data columns: n
Columns scrolled for : n
That keeps the header visible.
