Automatic determination of output message

Hi,

What settings we need to maintain, so that at the time of creating PO output messages are determined automatically.

For ex: For email, we maintain condition records MN04 & messages comes automatically for that vendor. Similarly how do we do it for EDI & Printouts?

Hi,

automatic determination is possible only via condition record MN04 or NACE.Here you have to define the printer or edi against vendor.
