Can smartforms be used for FI for check printing, customer statements...

Hi,

Can someone please suggest if it is possible to use smartforms instead of SAP scripts for check printing , AR invoices and customer statements.

In FBZP transaction as default it doesnot allow entering smartforms and even in F4 we are allowed only to choose among one of the available scripts for linking.

We just have option of either entering Scripts or PDF but in PDF if we try giving smartform, it gives errors.

Do suggest.

Also please suggest if there are any preexisting standard smartforms for Checks, Customer statements and AR Invoices.

Hi

There is NO pre existing Smartforms for Customer Statement and Cheque printing

Only as on date Scripts exist for them

If you wants to design the smartform, then again you have to alter the Std driver program for those Smartforms and to be assigned to the STd transaction in SPRO.

If you are having expertise knowledge in designing smartforms and Driver Programs you can design them and use
