Well i thinkl in addition to basic java, you also need the concepts of Enterprise JavaBeans , SAP NetWeaver Application Server Java system architecture,Servlets and Java Server Pages,Web clients for EJBS,Java Mail API,Java Message Service,Java Connector Architecture / SAP Java Resource Adapter,
