Fm/BAPI to find the relation between material and ECN

Could some plz tell me abt the FM or BAPI to find the relation between matrial and its ECN??

DOCUMENTS_TO_CHANGE_NUMBER - This Function module returns internal table within materials and documents for the engineering change number AENR-AENNR (just select * from the DRAW table).

thanx for the reply....but i am in need of a bapi/fm which will import the ecn nd export the material numbers..the given fm will export the documents alone...plz chk...and kindly help me out.
