> this is the customizing key i was talking about.
DATA: lo_app TYPE REF TO cl_sus_c_application,
further to my earlier reply , please also have a look at how bw reports are shown in SUS.

Hi Khan,
Sorry I was not able to reply as I was busy. To View BW reports, you mentioned to use role SAP_EC_SUS_MANAGER (see Single Roles in SAP SUS).
My question is I am able to view one customized report, if my vendor like to view more reports, how it is possible? Also Standard reports are not visible.
Regards,
Lovkesh
Hi,
I continuation to my previous mail, I would like to know as standard role - SAP_EC_SUS_MANAGER is linked to User and User will access BW report by changing the URL in Customer settings.Same way I like to know, if we like to show second report through role to our vendor, we need to :
Link Parameter to Class , Class to BSP Application, BSP Application to Evaluation ICON which will click URL and finally all to a role. Is that possible to do such modifications?
Regards,
Lovkesh

Hi Khan,
Many thanks for the details. Please refer to my last mail. I have written that I am able to see one report by clicking the link Evalaution and Evaluation linbk came when we assign SUS-Manager Role(Details Provided by you). My Question is can we create similar Z Transactions by Assigning Parameter to second report URL.
Parameter to Class and Class to BSP Application and Finally BSP Application to ZRole . Is this way works?
My Mail ID is lovkesh.kapur@gmail.com. Plz mail me your contact number.

Hi,
We are using SUS reporting Scenario. Under that I like to do some developments. One Role - SAP_EC_SUS_MANAGER and that role helps me to view BW reports in SUS by Clicking Evaluation key. I like to develop similar Evalaution key to view other BW reports in SUS for that I need to do modification in BSP.
The Process is Key BW_Server is linked to URL >Linked to Method > Linked to Class> Web Application Builder> Role.
Is that possible to do similar development?
Regards,
Lovkesh
Hi,
I am still not sure why you are able to see only one report , you should be able to see all the reports which BW User on SUS side can see.
I will further check and let you know.
which version of SRM are you using? the problem in SUS is that BW data is retrieved from the purchasing system.
in MM-SUS , from MM
in EBP -SUS from EBP.
all the BW content needs to be imported in to process integration server .
The following could be of importance to you , but
i dont know wether this completely solves your
issue
-
There is one role in SUS who deals with BW
This role allows the user to carry out evaluations in BW.
transaction PFCG
enter SAP_EC_SUS_MANAGER.
Please have a look at the details of this role.
Once i enter the sus system with this role , it is possible to do
reporting.
I am not able to determine exactly what this role does , it is
possible to know if you have SUS system configured.
And also have a look at this customizing for the SUS side
1) transaction SPRO.
2) Supplier relationship Management ->Supplier Self-Services>
Settings for the User Interface ---> Customer Settings
there is one key available there for BW_SERVER .

Hi Lovkesh,
there is no BW reporting available in SUS. It works using SAP Portal.
For getting reporting the SAP Portal needs to be used into which SUS and the
BW reports are then integrated. The reports as well the SUS screens are then
available based on the standard Business Package for Supplier Collaboration for
the Portal. Suppliers access the Portal and navigate to the area with the reports
and reports are shown like typical web reports.
Cheers,
Claudia

Hi Lovkesh,
in order to use reporting, the Business Package for Supplier Collaboration needs
to be installed on the Portal. This enables several tabs and views, which then can
be filled with report links. These are usual tasks your Portal colleague needs to do.
For reporting it needs to be customized in BW and the reports need to be
integrated into the iViews in the Portal.
Cheers,
Claudia
Hi Lovkesh,
you need to install the SAP Portal. The ITS is a component needed to SRM screens.
In order to use Portal functionality, you need to install SAP Portal.
Within the SAP Portal so called Business Packages are used to provide the
standard Portal Content. The software for the Business Package is available via
the sapmarketplace:
https://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/sdn/contentportfolio
Look for Business Package for Supplier Order Collaboration / Business Package
for Supplier Collaboration
The installation of the Portal as well the installation of the Business Package is
done by Basis or the department taking care of software / servers.
Cheers,
Claudia
