Hi all
Is there an option in MDM Workflow for modelling user decision making?
We have a process that should proceed to 1 of 2 different subprocesses depending on a decision that should be taken by user. So we should have something like a 'Decision' step.
Can I model that in MDM Workflow and if yes, then how?
Branch step seems to be inappropriate cause it doesn't involve any user interaction.

Hi ,
What about using a combination of the approve step this will direct the workflow to the required user, then you could make the user perform an function & either use the assign /validate step to get a value changed & then use the connect step to re-direct the workflow to an alternate step. This could be a option as there is no explicit decision making step.

Anita
