Hi,

Pl's help me in golive process.how we copy e.g.:MPOS,Planning area data from DB to QA & Production.

MPOS and Planning Area are configurations which need to be transported from QA to Production.

If you are looking for data in MPOS and Planning Area - typically they are generated in Production system since QA system will not have full data set. In case you have full data set in QA system and you want that in your Production system as well - please work with your BASIS consultant.

These data are part of liveCache Time series and a copy of liveCache from one system to another has to be done. That is separate from basic SAP system DB copy.
