How to reset the password for MDM server

Hai,

I have created a password for my MDM server. how to reset the password (if i forgot the old password).

Look in your mds.ini file. In the "MDM Server" section, you'll find an "MDS Scone" setting. Remove the value (so that the line just reads "MDS Scone=") and restart the MDM Server service. This will remove the password from the server.

Remember to protect MDS.INI !

Hello Govada,

Which is the version of MDM on which u r working ? I guess u have set password for individual repositories and that u can change by going in

Repository --> Admin --> Users --> in that u can change the username as well as the password.

I hope I have solved ur problem
