Font in SmartStyle Changed In Different Server(Dev to Quality)

Hi All,

I have created smartforms and smartstyles for Invoices.

The ouput is coming fine in development server and we have taken print out also.But after we transported the forms and smartstyles in quality server and again tested the forms in the qulaity server the font size is changed in the print preview and while taking printout also.

However i checked the T-code smartstyles,every smartstyle has same properties as in the development server.

Kindly provide the help,as we are going through Go-live Critical phase.

I guess this could be any one of the problems...

1) you smartstyle may not be moved properly to QA, try to re-transport it.. sometimes this happens...

2) May be the font family that you are using in your smartstyle is not loaded in your QA system, check the font family in QA using SPAD, take basis help they will load the font family...

Hi Phani,

I have changed the assignmnts of the text's to the paragraph of the smartstyle which is being assigned to it in the Ouput options.After that i again transported the form to quality server but there is no improvement.

Plz suggest.

Hi,

its not the problem of moving from dev to quality, i think

if smartstyle is already activated & you are trying to activate again its

showing a message already activated but smartform even its activated you can

activate it once again,like if you once moved the style to quality it doesn't need

to move it again

Go to the general attributes of the text node where your getting the difference

between Dev & Quality

if its output is in different format definately its format are different first check this

one i think there itself difference is there if its correct

check the style in output options are same between dev and quality in everywhere

not only in that text node every like form attribute your windows tables templates

some where defiantely there is a difference, Please check

hi,

i think problem is for your form already some style is there &

you made some changes to your style but in some texts its

formats are from the previous styles only

Please take care will changing the style of your form or adding new

formats whether the paragraph is from present or from previous all the texts

what you have to do is:

check whether your paragraph & charcter formats are correctly assigned or not

to the texts

Please let us know whether its working or not after checking this
