Ship Date Modified = Recalculated Delivery Date

Good morning,

We are having an issue that I'm hoping someone has seen -- and knows how to resolve.

When we enter in our sales orders the delivery date calculates correctly with the applicable production lead time. On many occasions the ship to address becomes finalized after the order is entered and therefore needs to be changed prior to the delivery date.

The issue -- when we go into the order to change the ship to address, the system recalculates the delivery date from today's date. This could push the orders out significantly past the customer's requested date.

Any ideas how we can fix this so that our customer's will not be impacted?

Based on the settings made in OVLZ ---> In Pick/pack time wrkdys, if no.of days is specified say for example if 5 is given in this field, even if stock is available on the same day of order creation, system will allow to do PGI only after 5 days from the date of order created.

Check this but I am not sure this could be a solution.
