IDOC acknowledgement

Hi all,

I am configuring IDOC to idoc interface for orders creation .generally sender system recieves the ackn from target while using this scenarion.could any one tell me what type of acknoledgement sender will recive ( i mean structure).

why because for this orders creation ,sender supposed to recives ordrsp idoc from target system( this response interface is using as a separate interaface in the existing system).

is this ackowedgement can replace the existing responce interface ?

Hi Rahul thanks for responce.

i want to know what ever acknowledgement is recieving from Target side ,what is the structure of that Acknowledgement.

can i replace my existing responce interface with this acknowledge ( as per my existing system sending orders.orders05 and responce is ordrsp.orders05)

An acknowledgment is a technical thing, the orders response is application data.

The ack message is represented by the IDOC type ALEAUD. It cannot replace any other IDOC, as it does not contain any business data.
