Avoid entering Distribution Channel

Hi,

In my organisational structure I have only one Dist. Channel, (one sales org. and two division), while creating order throuth VA01 in intial screen, in reports and many other places I have to give distirbutional Channel.

How I can avoid entering Distributional Channel as there is only one dist channel

You can fix distribution channel value as a constant through user exits.

hi rajesh,

go to transaction se93. and create a new t-code called zva01. on the next screen choose the first option- on the nxt screen put the program name as SAPMV45A and screen 101. enter the data and save it.

in va01 even without giving the distribution channel and division also you can enter ofcourse without giving the sales org tooo

once you enter the customer system will pick from CMR

Hi Rajesh,

To set the default data in some fields while ur executing a transaction, like VA01.

Go to VA01, give the relevant data u want to have by default, then, go to system in the menu bar.

go to System->User profile->hold data.

this wld prompt u the same data in the fields when ever u go to VA01.
