vednor text not retaining

Hi,

We are creating a Limit shopping cart or normal shopping cart with one line item. Go to the 'Documents and Attachments' tab and enter a vendor text and internal note. Keeping the 'Documents and Attachments' tab open, scroll to the item overview section and click on 'Order' icon. The internal note or vendor text does not saved meaning vendor text or internal note is disappearing if we see the shopping cart again.

If we click on ‘Refresh’ or ‘check’ button before ordering or adding another line item the vendor text or internal note remains there meaning its working fine. Do anybody have idea regarding this or related oss note.

Please mention your SRM version

Also check the following sap notes

1) 633726 - Internal note and vendor text are not copied

2) 862151 - Internal note for service items is not transferred to PO/RQ

3) 661820 - Internal note/vendor text disappears

We are using Extended Classic Scenario with SRM 5.0 and SP SAPKIBKT05

also backend system is ECC 6.0
