i open and CAD Original and set background color and save the document. When i again open it setting is lost. How do i save original or docuement specific settings

Hi Niketan,

I've tested this behavior now with the latest ECL Viewer version 6 (see SAP note 1083901).

With this version of the ECL Viewer I was able to change the background color and the last selected colour remains when I reopened the original again.

So I would recommend you to de-install your current ECL Viewer and install the ECL Viewer 6 as mentioned in the SAP note and test the behavior again.

Did you open the cad drawing in ECL Viewer or using cad application?.

Can you brief the process?.
