I can not open UME

I restarted Java stack and after that I got that I got the following error when I tried to open UME from SAP J2EE start page.

Error: com.sap.engine.services.deploy.container.ExceptionInfo: JMS error.

Services look green.

¿Could somebody help me?

I guess the problem occurs with the webdynpro application /useradmin, is it right?

Go to the Visual Administrator and then to Server -> Services.

Check if the JMS Provider is down. If so, select JMS Provider service and start it pressing "Start service" button on the top. Does it start successfully? If not, check the last J2EE server trace file:

/usr/sap//j2ee/cluster/server0/log/defaultTrace.X.trc

Is there any error?
