Copying text from Project activity to delivery document

Hi,

I need to copy special instruction for delivery document ( cns0) from network

activity where I am attaching material to the network activity in transaction (CJ20N)

to be delivered from project .

If I enter text in network activity in long text tab. It is not getting copied

to delivery document after I create delivery from project using transaction (cns0)

and see the delivery document in transaction (vl02n). It does not copy text (special instructions) entered in network activity.

Ple. suggest the solution for this scenario.

Hi,

For special instruction for delivery documents, you can create delivery information (CNL1) & the details can be mentioned there. This will be copied in delivery of materials in project (CNS0).

Hi Rakesh,

Thanks for the reply. I tried this option,but note is getting printed in between

two lines of shipping address also the customer will be entering ship to party in

"cns0" . Please suggest solution where I can enter text at activity level in long text

and it should get copied to delivery in VL02N.

I am checking with ABAP person , if any functional module available

for this to work.If you know any functional module ,ple. let me know.

Hi,

You can enter Text in VL02N which will get copied to out put. Please cehck with your ABAPer about the print outs.
