Hi all,

I've to make lot of changes in PO output . that's why I'd like to copy MEDRUCK and SAPFM06P and I've been already copied into ZMEDRUCK and ZSAPFM06P.

But I don't know How to configure with ME22N ..

Could any one please help me in this regard and

what are all steps involved..

Hi

You have to configure this ZMEDRUCK and ZSAPMF06P programs in the NACE tcode

goto NACE

select the application EF for puchasing orders

select output types

select the output type NEU

and click on the Subroutines on the left side

you will see the Output type NEU, medium Printout against Medruck form and SAPMF06p program remove the std form and program and keep the Z form and program and save it.

In ME22N go to messages enter NEU select medium 1 print and select the language and Vendor and define the communication method and further data and save

Goto ME9F and enter the PO number and execute the PO output

you will see it

Thanks for your help..Could you please explain more clearly about ME9F. I've followed what you said..But I'm getting Message output only(after entering PO number) .. here I got doubt..How can I see actual PO output???

MEDRUCK is Purchase orders

SAPFM06P is Purchasing Document
