"oracle software not installed" message while running sapinst 4 SOLMAN SR3

The problem is solved.

Dear collegues!

During installation SOLUTION Manager (SR3 release) on WIN32 platform faced with the "oracle software not installed" error.

All env's are set including oracle_home,,java_home. path (%ora_home%/bin)

Any ideas would be realy apreciated!
