Is it possible to use Web Dynpro components when developing for CRM Interaction Center? Is there documentation?

Hi,

I never came across and I do not think there exists, any documentation on CRM Interaction Center with Web Dynpro. There is a cookbook for ICWC using BSPs which I followed for my last project.

From your reply, I assume you are a Java Programmer rather ABAPer. Make sure that you got an ABAPer who is good in both ABAP OO and understanding of MVC concept.

Hello,

You're right, I'm a Java developer and have just played some with ABAP. I'll make sure I'll get a good ABAPer to do the BSPs, I'm sure I'm not touching them.
